Mr. Hughes is the developer of one of the first server based instant messaging systems provided to the Internet community. He successfully created his own Web Hosting Provider (WHP) in Toronto, Canada learning the requirements and short comings in operating a WHP hosting company. Co-Founder, Inventor & developer of Sarito’s initial product HordeSkinsPlus, Stephen’s vision is to generate professional SaaS services for the WHP end-user’s generating revenue for Sarito clients while providing professional SaaS services to their supported communities.

Mr. Wallace has 39 years in the management/development of early stage companies in high technology, including being a key contributor to the Business development at Datacrown Inc., Lanpar Inc., Paradyne Corporation and Amdahl Corporation. He has built and managed large data communication networks for the top 50 businesses in North America. Co-founder of Paige Manufacturing, producing the successful FlatPlug to co-founder, of several successful high technology companies. David has extensive experience in IT Sales & Marketing, business P&L management, research and development, fund raising both private and venture capital equity, manufacturing, executive management, and corporate governance.

Allen is a systems architect and software specialist with over 25 years experience in the software development industry. He has been involved with various aspects of system development and maintenance within the NavCanada Air Traffic Control System. During late 1990 he joined Micro Optics Design Corporation as the lead Systems Architect for the development of a next generation machining process to build accurate eyeglass lenses. Allen is Sarito’s technical and architectural lead for the development of HSP and other related SMB SaaS business solutions.
